A frustrating check-in experience

The attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, ensuring we had everything needed for a good night's rest. Housekeeping was great with room cleanliness.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was marred by confusion, as the kiosk system lacked guidance. Our reservation made the experience feel disorganized.

The guest laundry was a lifesaver after our costumes got drenched! The pool and gym were clean and well-kept too!

Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay where the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry. Highly recommend for great value!

In my wife's opinion, the staff should improve their friendliness. It would be great to have more family-oriented activities onsite.

I loved the easy access to the John Yarbrough Linear Park, which was perfect for my morning strolls, and it was just a short walk to some great local spots like Origami for a delicious meal. the staff was also incredibly friendly, which made my stay pleasant.
